Return Window:

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a product return.

Required Information:

To help us process your return request, please provide the following:

  • Order number related to the return request
  • List of products to be returned
  • Reason for the return
  • Photograph of the product in its current condition

 

Product Condition:

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been opened or used after delivery, particularly for hygiene and health protection reasons. Products must be returned in their original packaging. We recommend returning products in their original parcel, placing items in the cardboard sleeves to ensure a safe return. You are responsible for this step. Any product returned damaged — for example, due to lack of protection in unsuitable packaging — will not be refunded.

 

Next Steps:

Once you have submitted your return request through one of our contact forms, our team will email you a return label. You can then drop off the parcel at the post office, with a return fee of €3.80 (deducted from the final refund). The parcel will be sent to our warehouse, where it will be received, checked, and processed by our team. If the return meets our conditions, the refund will be issued as quickly as possible.
